Welcome to another wonderful blog hop with ESAD. If you have been hopping along you would of just come from Kelly Kent and seen what she has made using the new Holiday Catalogue. I hope I don’t disappoint!

Below I have used the new Good Tidings Stamp set to stamp my back ground.. I was going for the Washed look… I also used the Every Good Wish greeting on it. As soon as I saw these stamp sets I knew I wanted to use them together!

Here I have used the Every Good Wish stamp with this time the Season Like Christmas Stamp. Again this set looked very washed to me so I knew I wanted to use it together with the Every Good Wish.

Lastly I wanted to get out my Painted Harvest set and have a go at stamping… I love how this set makes it look very 3D… I was amazed at it. Just a simple card made beautifully! So many ideas….

I hope you have enjoyed hopping along and continue to Cheryl’s Blog. Please make sure you leave some love for me!

Scrapbooking Global August Blog Hop

Welcome to our first of many Scrapbooking Blog Hops with the  Scrapbooking Global Group!

You would of just hopped from the Beautiful Beth Rush. I hope you enjoy looking at what I have for you!

For Easter this year we decided that we were going to do something out of our comfort zone and drive to Sydney and stay on a friends farm.. While there we ventured into Sydney and did the tourist thing! Making sure we took plenty of family photo’s. Family means so much to us. Our family isn’t your average family! Luke had brain surgery back on the 20th January 2015 for his epilepsy. He will be having his second brain surgery hopefully this year but probably next year! Epilepsy really puts your life on hold.. Seizures are every night all night.. and then he will surprise us with the odd one here and there during the day… Over the past 5 years I have been having eye surgery on both my eyes… I have been grateful to receive 2 new corneal grafts. But my last one has really given me a lot of trouble with rejections and monthly eyeball injections..

So when we decide to take a holiday we need to plan for the best holiday, worst holiday.. everything has to be taken into account… access to hospitals, ambulances etc… Sometimes it just seems easier to stay home…

I am so Glad we did get to mark Sydney off our family bucket list! What a treat this is for my beautiful growing children. Something I never had the chance to do when I was younger!

So with my layout… I am in love with the Oh So Eclectic stamp set! I’ve also used the Dies from the Colourful Seasons stamp set and the Swirly Bird stamp set! I added some ink refill to my rubber mat and used our sponge brayer to brayer onto my card base… I did add some water… so I’m not sure if I just didn’t clean my brayer or if the water has given the two shade effect!  I tried to keep it simple as I had a lot of stamping!

I thinkthe gold glitter die cuts just add that bit of bling!

Make sure you leave a comment below for me… and please continue on the blog hop to see what Kelly Leese has created!

A Little Wild -Bear

Most of my friends are past having children now.. but it's still fun to make baby cards!
Here I have done the same stamped images from A little Wild stamp set. But added more to the second card!
I love to add the Embossing Paste! Just adds more dimension and is very cost efficient! I've also added the pick a pattern designer series paper!

June RAK Card

Each month I send cards all over the World! I also am lucky to receive some back as well! I love sending out creative inspiration to my fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrators! I sent these a little late! But I still got them out!
I can't wait to show you July's RAK cards! I'll post that at the end of July!!
Now to think of August cards!

Happy Birthday Gorgeous card..

ESAD Blog Hop Favourites from 2017-18 Annual Stampin’ Up! Catalogue

19441946_10156229376574428_5889964877259260271_o

Welcome to Another ESAD Blog Hop! This time we are hopping with our Favourites from the 2017/2018 Annual Stampin’ Up! Catalogue!!!

If you have just started the Hop you will have started with me or you might have hopped on from Carly Middleton.. Please make sure you continue to hop to  Nicole Wilson’s  blog and share some love with some comments on each! So Grab yourself a Wine…. and enjoy and see what all our favourite things are!

So where do I start? I knew I wanted to use the Embossing Paste! That was one of the first things I wanted! and the brick mask went so well with the brick building at Ronald McDonald House in Parkville Melbourne! Then next I had to have the Flirty Flowers Stamp set! Now this set is one that I saw in backgrounds at Sydney & Perth Onstage when I was looking at photo’s wishing I was there! Not sure what has drawn me to this set but I love it! I had to show you how you could use it for the background in a scrapbook layout! and using the watercolor pencils it was a quick and easy page to make!
I even added some hidden journalling so that it wouldn’t take away anything from the layout and I just used our Form Adhesive strips to make a pocket behind the photo to slide it in. This was a photo from our recent trip from Dalby, Queensland to Melbourne, Victoria for Luke’s second Brain Surgery Testing. Now we just have to wait to find out when they plan to do the surgery…
