Stampin’ Up! Onstage Display Stamper 2017 Blog Hop Day 3

Day 3 already!! I hope you are enjoying the Hop?

Today’s I’m sharing what I made with the Painted with Love Speciality DSP.. This paper has Gold Foil Accents on one side of all the papers.. and Brushstroke imagery on the other side.. I’ve tried to layer up the papers on my 6×8 layout.. and I’ve also added some Current Embellishments to add some fun and used the new Night of Navy Corduroy Ribbon to add some more texture to the layers. And why not add more Gold Embossed Stamped Hearts using the Heart Happiness Stamp! Isn’t my daughter Beautiful!!

Why Not add this beautiful paper as the BASE! Just breaks it up a little…. layer up the  washi tape you are hoarding along with strips of DSP… The 6×8 layouts are just perfect size for quick pages… and using up scraps of paper….

This was our last Hospital Stay in Melbourne. My son has Epilepsy and we have been travelling from Queensland to Melbourne for Brain Surgery.. He has his second Brain Surgery next year. We Love that we can stay with Ronald McDonald House. I love that Stampin’ Up! Also Supports RMH too! Makes it extra special to work for a great company!

Thanks again for hopping and leaving some love in the comments… make sure you continue on….

See you tomorrow!

Stampin’ Up! Onstage Display Stamper 2017 Blog Hop Day 2

Welcome Back to day 2! How beautiful were yesterdays creations! I’m excited to share more with you today and I can’t wait to see what everyone else has shared!

Today I’m sharing a 6×8 Scrapbook layout and a card with you!

Today I’m featuring this beautiful Petal Passion DSP again.. I really enjoyed colouring it. When you use the Water color Pencils from Stampin’ Up! you can put a lot of colour down without colouring in much.. if you have a nice juicy Blender pen it will spread it like paint! If you haven’t purchased new blender pens for awhile add it to your next order! They come in packs of 3! It really makes a difference! I love that our pencils can add that touch of colour you need to any of our papers especially this Petal Passion paper! Did you see this new ribbon? It’s actually Crepe paper! Its all stitched together and comes in 3 colours.. this is Berry Burst… it just screams PARTY!!! So make sure you get some Picture Perfect Paper Ribbon in January!!

Here is my card… I have pretty much done the same as the above Layout…. You will be amazed how quick you can colour.. love that the paper can be coloured to what ever colours you need….. You will need at least 2 packs of this paper!!

You might have noticed I have added some Gold Glitter Flakes.. they are a hexagon shape and are only in Gold,,,, On the Scrapbook layout I just picked up a few and threw it at my page…. then stuck it down with some glue… they aren’t too hard to pick up with a pick up tool… Stop thinking too hard about where you should place things… just stick where they land… It will feel more natural…… I dare you to give it a go!!

Thanks again for popping by and checking out my blog again…Make sure you leave some love in the comments! Enjoy Hopping around!!

See you tomorrow!

Stampin’ Up! Onstage Display Stamper 2017 Blog Hop Day 1

Welcome to the Stampin’ Up! Display Stamper Blog Hop! we will be sharing 7 days of our creations.. and I hope you hop along and check out what new will be coming in 2018 and what other Demonstrators have done with their supplies they were supplied from Stampin’ Up! With! You would of just hopped from Aurelie Fabre… and then after me you will get to see what Danielle Bennenk has done with her creations!

I took a different approach to most and decided I would go more traditional scrapbooking. I hear a lot of people say that they can’t see how Stampin’ up! can be used on a scrapbook page….. Well I hope you come for the ride this week and see what I have created. I stuck to 6×8 Layouts since we had limited space to display and I have also added some cards in as well!

Here you will see I have used Current and New Up and coming products…. The feature of this page was to use the Stamp Set called Heart Happiness, It is a Photopolymer stamp that has 15 stamps in the set and I feel it a very good price for a stamp set. I have also used the new Designer Series  Paper called Petal Passion. You will see this DSP show up on many of my pages and cards.. Its a Black and white design so you can go to town with our Water Color pencils, Markers and Blenders.. it is double-sided… And the designs are just stunning! (Can’t wait to use the stamp set and thinlits that go with this!!) The Ribbon is also new Night Of Navy 3/8” Corduroy Ribbon. Its just beautiful ribbon…. You will love it!

This page is what I call USE YOUR SCRAPS!!! very basic… and I nearly didn’t display it… But I wanted to show that you can just do a very simple page.. with a few strips of paper… you could add some journalling to it to explain the photo’s… This is actually ME cracking a whip! Yep I’m an Aussie country girl…..  I do have a video on it.. I’m very proud of! lol

Please leave me some love in the comments and keep jumping to see what is new!! Click Next!

Welcome to another wonderful blog hop with ESAD. If you have been hopping along you would of just come from Kelly Kent and seen what she has made using the new Holiday Catalogue. I hope I don’t disappoint!

Below I have used the new Good Tidings Stamp set to stamp my back ground.. I was going for the Washed look… I also used the Every Good Wish greeting on it. As soon as I saw these stamp sets I knew I wanted to use them together!

Here I have used the Every Good Wish stamp with this time the Season Like Christmas Stamp. Again this set looked very washed to me so I knew I wanted to use it together with the Every Good Wish.

Lastly I wanted to get out my Painted Harvest set and have a go at stamping… I love how this set makes it look very 3D… I was amazed at it. Just a simple card made beautifully! So many ideas….

I hope you have enjoyed hopping along and continue to Cheryl’s Blog. Please make sure you leave some love for me!

Scrapbooking Global August Blog Hop

Welcome to our first of many Scrapbooking Blog Hops with the  Scrapbooking Global Group!

You would of just hopped from the Beautiful Beth Rush. I hope you enjoy looking at what I have for you!

For Easter this year we decided that we were going to do something out of our comfort zone and drive to Sydney and stay on a friends farm.. While there we ventured into Sydney and did the tourist thing! Making sure we took plenty of family photo’s. Family means so much to us. Our family isn’t your average family! Luke had brain surgery back on the 20th January 2015 for his epilepsy. He will be having his second brain surgery hopefully this year but probably next year! Epilepsy really puts your life on hold.. Seizures are every night all night.. and then he will surprise us with the odd one here and there during the day… Over the past 5 years I have been having eye surgery on both my eyes… I have been grateful to receive 2 new corneal grafts. But my last one has really given me a lot of trouble with rejections and monthly eyeball injections..

So when we decide to take a holiday we need to plan for the best holiday, worst holiday.. everything has to be taken into account… access to hospitals, ambulances etc… Sometimes it just seems easier to stay home…

I am so Glad we did get to mark Sydney off our family bucket list! What a treat this is for my beautiful growing children. Something I never had the chance to do when I was younger!

So with my layout… I am in love with the Oh So Eclectic stamp set! I’ve also used the Dies from the Colourful Seasons stamp set and the Swirly Bird stamp set! I added some ink refill to my rubber mat and used our sponge brayer to brayer onto my card base… I did add some water… so I’m not sure if I just didn’t clean my brayer or if the water has given the two shade effect!  I tried to keep it simple as I had a lot of stamping!

I thinkthe gold glitter die cuts just add that bit of bling!

Make sure you leave a comment below for me… and please continue on the blog hop to see what Kelly Leese has created!

A little Wild -Elephant

So much texture on this card! Embossing paste…. Ruffled Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing .. layered framelits- Stitched, and circles and squares… clear embossing powder… watercolor Pencils!

Use your products! Layer them all together!! I love seeing what combinations I can get from them!

A Little Wild stamp set is so diverse!

A Little Wild -Bear

Most of my friends are past having children now.. but it's still fun to make baby cards!
Here I have done the same stamped images from A little Wild stamp set. But added more to the second card!
I love to add the Embossing Paste! Just adds more dimension and is very cost efficient! I've also added the pick a pattern designer series paper!

June RAK Card

Each month I send cards all over the World! I also am lucky to receive some back as well! I love sending out creative inspiration to my fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrators! I sent these a little late! But I still got them out!
I can't wait to show you July's RAK cards! I'll post that at the end of July!!
Now to think of August cards!
